Your beach retreat awaits at our Coastal Haven, in Pensacola Beach, Florida! Enjoy our beautifully decorated, beachfront, two-story home with the white sandy beaches and clear blue waters of Pensacola Beach just steps away! This eight-bedroom, seven and one half-bath home accommodates up to 24 guests comfortably. Bordered by the Gulf and two empty lots on each side, this home offers unparalleled privacy with no direct neighbors. Wake up and have a cup of coffee and listen to the sounds of the water right off your back deck. Enjoy a happy hour during sunset to the sounds of the sea while making memories that will last a lifetime!

The main floor features the kitchen, wet bar, dining area, living room, master bedroom, and one large bunk/rec room. The fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of storage space. There are 7 barstools, 4 at the main bar and 3 at the wet bar.

The living room includes a large inset television and comfortable leather sofas to lounge around. The main floor master suite has 2 full-sized beds along with a TV and provides breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset. The master bedroom leads into the private master bath, which features a walk-in shower, garden tub, and double vanity. There is also a balcony off both the living area and master bedroom overlooking the Gulf and white sandy beaches. The other bedroom on the main floor is a bunk room with 2 single beds and one full bed. We also have bedding for 2 queen air mattresses.

Take the stairs up the upper level where you will find 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All the rooms have their own TV and sliding glass doors that all open to the 1900 sq. ft. deck overlooking the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico!

Guests will have access to the entire home, excluding owner areas that are designated and will remain locked under all circumstances. Guests will have access to up to, but no more than, 10 parking spaces. Some parking spaces are covered and some are not.

A video call is required at check-in. At your video check-in, you will receive your access codes to the house which are changed before and after each guest.

We are located on beachfront property!

Property managers are available 7 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm. Any messages left outside of business hours regarding our property will be addressed the following day. For any life-threatening emergencies please call 911.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
